What "we bill your insurance directly" actually means

Network pros document the cause and extent of your water damage with photos and moisture readings, then submit that documentation directly to your insurance carrier for the covered portion of the work. In most cases, this means your out-of-pocket cost is limited to your policy's deductible, though your specific coverage always depends on your individual policy.
